Systems Insight stands by its products and services and offers comprehensive technical support and training for its customers. We have mobile staff who can quickly attend sites locally (within Victoria) for emergency support. For interstate and overseas clients, we will normally endeavour to rectify minor problems with telephone and email assistance to local site personnel. If support through site attendance is required, Systems Insight’s own staff will travel to site or an appropriate local technical representative will be contracted.

Please see our Contact Us page for details of how to contact us for direct, personal assistance via telephone or email.

We also offer a range of optional features and enhancements to our control packages that enable Systems Insight to provide the best possible ongoing support and service.

Online Monitoring:

Systems Insight offers all its customers an online monitoring service using broadband internet WEB connectivity to our control systems. This optional service can be provided for both new and existing control systems, to enable our technicians and engineers to monitor system operation from their laptop computers. Customers may also have use of this online service using their own PC’s.

This service may be especially valuable for sites with critical power requirements and for isolated and remote locations. Our online facility aids technical analysis when problems occur, enables real-time monitoring of plant operation and operating parameters and helps us to determine maintenance and scheduled servicing requirements. The degree of monitoring can be tailored to each project.

The service can be provided as a simple direct modem connection to the control system PLC or HMI touch panel. Our ‘Master Control’ system is provided (as standard) with an integral web server, that can be accessed securely via a broadband internet connection. The WEB server can provide all available system data via a simple, user friendly graphical interface, viewable on a standard WEB browser. Remote control of equipment can also be carried out securely using this facility. This option is particularly attractive for international projects where remote monitoring can be provided simply and cheaply using the local broadband internet service.

Other remote monitoring options are available, including systems that incorporate PC based SCADA software operating on the customer’s project site.

Contact Systems Insight for additional information concerning remote monitoring options.
