Our manufactured systems reflect the latest in available technology and are
designed with simplicity of operation and robust, low maintenance manufacture
in mind. Our controls systems
engineering considers the total system, specializing in the following areas:
- Co-generation
- Standby power (Single and Multiple gen. sets)
- No-break transfer from generator to mains
- Prime power (power station)
- Peak shaving
- Process works
Two of our main product lines are
sophisticated electrical control panels, specially designed for use in two main
areas of commercial power management: - Management of emergency
power generator operations and multiple set paralleling.
- Management of
emergency power reticulation in commercial buildings.
In addition, we
offer custom design and manufacture of control systems for co-generation heat
recovery applications and other variants, where generators are required to be
paralleled with local utility mains power. Standard features of
our control systems: - High tech. industrial PLC and PC
based computer control platforms
- Use of the latest proprietary,
multifunction digital control units
- Highly detailed design engineering,
tailored to each individual project
- Adaptable interfacing with all major
generator manufacturers
- Robust, long life, low maintenance operation
-
Ongoing support and maintenance for all systems
Standard Product Range: Our range of
standard generator control systems is intended to provide our customers with
pre-engineered solutions for many common generator control and emergency power
management applications. These systems incorporate features we have previously
employed as part of tried and proven designs. We have also embraced new
technologies which have been successfully employed throughout our industry. The
result is a range of products that provide a flexible, ready to install control
solutions to many of the most common generator power management applications.
Special Features and Options: Systems Insight offers
flexibility in the range of product features and options which can be provided.
We offer special support incentives where our control systems are installed
outside of our Melbourne base, by such means as remote monitoring via telephone
or Internet communications. We also offer comprehensive training and operation
manuals with all systems. As part of our normal service, we can provide
coordination for interfacing of our systems with other contractors and service
providers, such as elevator services, building management, lighting management
and fire services. Our systems are exhaustively tested and commissioned
to comply with all conceivable operational scenarios. Our customers can
therefore have confidence in the high reliability and quality engineering of
their critical power management systems.
