Design and Engineering:

Systems Insight works with its customers to engineer an appropriate control package to suit each individual application. From initial concept, through design, manufacture, installation and commissioning, Systems Insight will follow through to deliver a complete control system.

Systems Insight uses the latest electronic drafting software, tailoring detailed construction drawings and wiring schematics to each project. We also employ the latest software to engineer our PLC operated control systems. We have considerable experience with major PLC brands such as Modicon, Allen Bradley, Omron, Square D, Koyo and Idec. Systems Insight also offers fully engineered PC based SCADA software packages, which provide a graphical operator interface to the control system.

We offer professional, friendly and cooperative service, consulting with our customers throughout the entire design and engineering process.

Maintenance & Upgrades:

Systems Insight offers ongoing professional service, with the option of programmed maintenance plans for our control packages, to ensure many years of trouble free operation. We are also happy to accommodate enhancements and expansions to existing control systems, according to changes that invariably occur with site conditions and evolutions in technology.

Training & Support:

We offer comprehensive staff training and technical support for all installed systems. Training may be tailored to include such staff as plant operators, plant supervisors, maintenance personnel, etc. The level of technical instruction is provided according to the needs of the specific customer. Our maintenance manuals include detailed descriptions of system operation, component lists and comprehensive wiring diagrams.

Plant Commissioning:

We offer our experience as commissioning engineers, to plan, implement and document commissioning procedures for plant start-up and testing. Our generator systems knowledge and experience qualifies us to perform commissioning on the complete package of power generation plant and associated control equipment.

Scheduled Contract Maintenance:

Systems Insight is equipped to prepare and manage a scheduled servicing and maintenance program for their customers power generation system. By contracting Systems Insight to manage generator system maintenance, organizations delegate the care and maintenance of their entire power generation plant to us, leaving their own staff free from the hassles of coordinating and managing servicing needs.

Our maintenance contracts stipulate the use of manufacturer's authorised service agents, with coordination of maintenance and repair work according to manufacturer's specifications. Manufacturer's service staff are fully supervised by Systems Insight throughout each maintenance visit.

Installation and Site services:

Systems Insight offers a complete range of installation and project management services. We can arrange delivery of our manufactured equipment and install and commission our control systems on your project site.

Site Services Include:

• Delivery, positioning and fixing of equipment on site.
• Installation of control and auxiliary power wiring.
• Installation of generator ancillary equipment ( exhausts, cooling and other mechanical systems)
• Installation of fuel transfer and storage systems.
• Integration of new control systems with existing systems.
• Upgrades and enhancements to existing control and automation systems.
• Interfacing with other systems (eg: Building Management Systems, Lighting, Fire, Elevators, etc)
• Refurbishment of existing generator plant
• Used plant condition assessments and reports
