Design and manufacture of a co-generation management system for the hospital. A custom-designed Master Control Panel was supplied to operate the system for both co-generation and emergency power, by interface to a 2 Megawatt CAT gas engine generator set. Systems Insight also supplied motor control centres and protection control panels for the project.

The new Schneider TSX-Premium PLC system was installed as an upgrade to a discontinued PLC platform. The installation required us to maintain the full availability of the emergency power plant throughout the changeover process.
